Forgotten Beasts

The ‘Forgotten Beasts’ advances have arrived at Pavilion Children’s Books and the book looks gorgeous.

This beautifully-illustrated creature compendium by Matt Sewell @sewellspotnjot takes a look at the amazing beasts that time forgot. Coming October 2018!

My favourite part of this book design were the endpapers! Just like in Dinosaurs, it was so much fun downscaling Matt’s marvellous paintings of big beasts into a pattern of mini beasts. If only someone could turn this and dinosaur into a fabric and make me some lovely pyjamas! 😉
